Doris Jannausch
Doris Jannausch (born in 1925 in Teplitz-Schönau) studied dramaturgy and acting. She worked in Dresden, Greifswald and Berlin as a journalist and wrote stage adaptions for plays for young people. Along with numerous children’s books, Doris Jannausch has also written humorous novels, most of which have been translated into other languages. The author lived in Ruppertshofen until she passed away on December 10, 2017.
