Hanna Heikenwälder

Dr. Hanna Heikenwälder, born on 1 April 1986 in Bad Oldesloe in Schleswig-Holstein, grew up south of Munich at Lake Starnberg. She studied molecular biology in Lübeck, the USA and at ETH Zurich before completing her doctorate at the Technical University of Munich on the links between inflammation and cancer development in the intestines. She then went on to research personalised treatment approaches for pancreatic cancer at the University of Heidelberg's surgical clinic and studied medicine for several semesters to improve her knowledge of anatomy.

Laura Lichtenwalter lives for good stories. As a literary agent at AVA international she is responsible for a wide range of entertainment literature. After studying book science in Mainz and Munich and completing her traineeship at the Droemer Knaur publishing group, she worked for seven years as an editor at the Penguin Random House publishing group. In the editorial department of Penguin Verlag she acquired and supervised German-language and international fiction authors and often accompanied them and their works to bestseller success. She has worked with authors such as Ellen Sandberg, Ayla Dade, Bianca Iosivoni, Carley Fortune, Maria Grund and Megan Miranda. Laura Lichtenwalter lives in her adopted home of Munich and loves travelling, hiking and diving in her free time.

Margarete Prijak

Margarete "Maggy" Prijak has been working at the Munich Oktoberfest since 1987. Since the age of 16, only a broken knee and the birth of her son have kept her away from the Theresienwiese. Maggy followed in the footsteps of her aunt and her mother, who, like many other members of her family, are firm favourites at the Augustiner-Festhalle. Stefan Lukschy

Stefan Lukschy was born in Berlin and grew up in Berlin, Munich and Hamburg. He comes from a family of artists. His mother was a painter, stage designer and interior designer, his father a film and theatre actor and director.
During his school years, he studied piano and conducting. At the same time, he developed an interest in literature, photography and film. After studying German language and literature, journalism, philosophy and musicology, he began studying directing at the dffb (German Film and Television Academy Berlin) in 1972.
